These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and Le Dôme Records (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") regarding the booking of appointment services.

1. Reservation and Confirmation

To reserve an appointment, the Client must select the desired date and time, then confirm the reservation by providing the necessary details. A confirmation email will be sent to validate the booking.

2. Cancellation and Modification Policy

The Client may cancel or modify their appointment under the following conditions:Cancellation or modification up to 48 hours before the appointment date and time:

The Client may receive a full refund (100%) or request a modification to the booking at no additional charge.Cancellation or modification within 48 hours before the appointment date and time: No refunds or modifications will be granted. The full booking amount will be due, and no exceptions will be made.

3. Cancellation or Modification Procedure

Any request for cancellation or modification must be made via email to: ledomerecords@gmail.com.

The Service Provider will process the request as soon as possible and respond according to the policy outlined above.

4. Liability

The Service Provider will not be held responsible for any force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances preventing the scheduled service. In such cases, an alternative solution will be proposed to the Client whenever possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are indicated at the time of booking. Full payment for the service is required upon reservation confirmation. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the pricing at any time, but such changes will only apply to future bookings.

6. Confidentiality

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for managing the services provided by the Service Provider and will not be shared with third parties without the Client's prior consent, unless required by law.

7. Acceptance of Terms
